  • At Florida Wolves FC, our mission is simple: to redefine excellence in youth soccer by focusing on the complete development of the individual player. We believe in building athletes who are technically sharp, tactically aware, physically prepared, and mentally strong — both on and off the field, getting them ready for PRO-Level opportunities.

    We train boys U13 through U19 with a development-first approach that combines elite training, high-level competition, and strong mentorship. Our teams compete in respected leagues like EDP Florida and the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), giving players meaningful challenges and real exposure.

Meet the Coaches

Florida Wolves FC is led by a team of experienced, licensed coaches with backgrounds in professional scouting, academy development, and elite competition. Committed to individual growth, our staff brings a modern, player-first approach to every training session, preparing athletes to succeed at the highest level.

  • UEFA B Licensed Coach | Professional Scout | Player Development Specialist

    Coach Michael is a UEFA B licensed coach with over a decade of experience in youth development and professional scouting. He has worked with top clubs including Manchester United, Manchester City, and Burnley, bringing elite-level insight to every training session. His focus is on developing complete players — technically, tactically, and mentally — and preparing them for the modern demands of the game, both on and off the field.

  • UEFA B Licensed Coach | Pro Scout | Player Development Specialist

    Born in Istanbul, Ash Aslan brings a modern approach that blends European and American football cultures. As Head Coach of Florida Wolves FC, he led one of the youngest squads in the UPSL to promotion into the Premier Division, while guiding several players toward professional clubs and national team call-ups.

    Holding the FAW C Certificate, UEFA B License acceptance, US Soccer 11v11, and an International Scout Certificate, Aslan is highly skilled in tactical analysis, player development, and scouting. He continues to work on unlocking young players’ potential in the U.S. and integrating them into the global football stage.
